1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PartyQR you accept these terms. PartyQR is a music party platform that lets hosts create events where guests can add songs and vote.

2. Accounts and Access

Hosts create accounts via email code. Guests join by scanning a QR code — no account required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Free plan is free. Pro subscriptions cost €5/mo billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PartyQR for illegal content, spam, or to infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Music and Third Parties

PartyQR integrates with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and Deezer. Use of these services is subject to their own terms. PartyQR is not responsible for third-party service availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

PartyQR is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.
